Planning consent to increase the building size from 15,000 sq ft gross to 21,000 sq ft was obtained. This incorporated an extra floor at the roof level and an extra mezzanine floor between ground and first. Together with this, consent was granted to convert the upper parts into 15 apartments plus commercial A1/A2/A3/B1 space, at ground and basement level. Subsequently, the scheme was revised to provide ten oversized residential apartments.
