The project involved demolishing an existing building to construct two new blocks—Block A (five storeys) with ground-floor commercial space and residential units above, and Block B (six storeys) with residential units on each level. The development included 35 residential units, secure cycle storage, waste and recycling facilities, and four disabled parking spaces. External works featured an underpass, landscaped communal courtyard, and paving. The project integrated modern mechanical, electrical, and drainage systems while enhancing Romford’s urban landscape.
