The rejuvenation project of what was once the Salisbury Hotel resulted in a 44-bedroom, 4-star boutique hotel named The View Hotel, featuring a destination restaurant and cocktail bar called The Cliffe. In 2022, Rees Mellish finished a project that transformed the existing basement/function rooms into duplex apartments, each with two bedrooms, self-catering facilities, and comfortable living areas, positioning The View Hotel to compete in the expanding holiday-let market.
