Ingram House

Completed in March 2018, this mixed-use redevelopment transformed an existing office building into high-specification office accommodation and luxury residential apartments. The project involved extensive structural modifications, including new façades, major refurbishment works, and an extension. Key construction elements included steelwork, concrete floor slabs, roofing, windows, and balcony installations. The internal fit-out featured high-end mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations, underfloor heating, and bespoke finishes. The scheme successfully delivered modern office spaces and premium residential units, enhancing the historic character of the area.
