Completed in June 2021, this hotel development involved a modular construction approach to streamline delivery. The project included extensive substructure and superstructure works, with prefabricated modules manufactured and shipped over 38 weeks. On-site activities encompassed piling, drainage installation, and ground floor construction, followed by module installation, external envelope works, and MEP infrastructure. The hotel’s interior fit-out included public spaces, staff areas, and Hilton’s IT setup, culminating in commissioning, final snagging, and handover to the operator.
