The construction project on Dallington Street entailed the development of a new structure while preserving a portion of the existing front facade. Initially acquired with approval for nine residential apartments and three live/work units across the ground and three upper floors, a revised consent was successfully negotiated to accommodate fourteen residential apartments and two commercial units spanning the basement, ground, and four upper floors.
