The existing DVLA Test Centre site in Sidcup was redeveloped into luxury apartments, two penthouses, and three commercial units. The project involved the conversion and extension of the current structure to create a visually impressive and highly sought-after building at the entrance to Sidcup High Street, with full residential occupancy achieved within six weeks of completion.
