Completed in 2021, this project involved the demolition of an existing structure to construct a part three, part four-storey residential block with 14 units. The development included piling, drainage installation, and reinforced concrete foundations. The superstructure comprised brickwork, pre-cast floor planks, and a Metsec system for the upper floors. Key features included private balconies, secure cycle storage, and external cladding. Internal works covered full MEP installations, high-spec finishes, and fitted kitchens and bathrooms, creating modern and functional living spaces.
