Planning consent was secured to expand the building's size from 15,000 square feet to 21,000 square feet. This expansion included an additional floor at the roof level and a mezzanine floor between the ground and first floors. Furthermore, permission was granted to transform the upper sections into 15 apartments, along with commercial spaces designated as A1/A2/A3/B1 at the ground and basement levels. The plan was later revised to offer ten spacious residential apartments.
